To do the Table of Contents, follow these steps (or go watch a tutorial on YouTube ;))
1. Highlight the headings of each section, one at a time, e.g. INTRODUCTION
2. Go to the HOME tab.
3. On the right side of the tab you will see a box named “Styles”.
4. You will notice: Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3 etc.
5. Now, click on the heading type you want, e.g. INTRODUCTION will be Heading 1, any
other major headings will be Heading 1, the subheadings will be Heading 2 and/or
Heading 3.
6. When you are done, go to the Table of Contents page of your report.
7. Go to the REFERENCES tab.
8. On the left there is Table of Contents. Click on it.
9. Choose the second option: Automatic Table 2
10. Now watch the magic happen.

Logical conclusions from the discussion in the report.
Make inferences on the data that has been presented.
Summarize:
Review the key point/facts in the report.
Summaries present nothing new:
o They leave readers with a perspective on what has been discussed
o The perspective the writer wants the reader to have
Generalize:
Move away from the specific topic of the report to a general discussion
Use only general terms
