Server/VM creation Documentation Checklist

Server Name:
New server (All new servers must include ALL parts below):

 Join Domain.
 Move the hostname to respective OU.
 Ensure SCCM Client install
 Disable Windows Firewall
 Ensure antivirus is install and updated.
 Record static IP address in IP spreadsheet.
 Check whether is the licence activated.
 Create a server configuration document.
