1. Self-efficacy Collage. Make a collage of your own perceived self-efficacy using Dr.Albert E.
Bandura’s four sources of influence for the development and maintenance of self-efficacy.
a. In five years
Five years from now, I seeing myself with a great launch as a
successful and passionable public school teacher . A good role
model for many students and a teacher who will mold my student’s
character in order them to become a good citizen. And also five
years from now, I will repay my parent’s hardworking and sacrifices
and give my parents everything they deserve.
In Jesus name I’ll claim it. I will become a Great teacher someday.
b. in ten years
Ten years from now I seeing myself as a good wife and good mother
to my children, living in my dream house and having my own car
and also education is a continuous process that’s why ten years
from now I will become a masteral degree holder. And a teacher
who change a lot of lives, inspire a lot of children and a good
influencer because I believed that the influence of a good teacher
can never be erased.
c. in twenty years
Twenty years from now I have a big happy family with a good life
and God is the center of it. I will mold my children character in
order them to become responsible citizens, grow up with a good
personality and have fear in God. I will become a doctoral degree
holder. A teacher who inspire students, and changed the
trajectories of my student lives. I hope in that time there’s a student
who will says to me “My success is your blessing, teacher. I would
always be thankful to you”. And an individual who feel very happy
to help other, a faithful servant of god who will testify how good he
is and a person who is very committed to god, not just me but my
own family. We will very happy to serve God. “As for me and my
house we will serve the lord”
3. What are your motivations for your envisioned self:
a. In five years
My motivations five years from now are my parents and my
students. Parents because they are my strength, my backbone and
the reason to keep me going and my dream of success motivates
me, not my success but my student’s success. Teacher can make a
big difference in this world.
b. in ten years
c. In twenty years
4. Outline your plans on how you will make your envisioned self.
I. In five years
B. Find motivation
1. Your own family.
2. Students who want to learn
3. My parents
E. Believe that you can do it, believe you deserve it and believe you’ll get it
When I’m doing this exercise I feel motivated and inspired to achieve my dream. I’m very
awestruck about my envisioned self, all things are very clear but I know that the plans of god are better
than our plan. His plan is perfect. We must believe in god first then second believe in ourselves, I’m very
sure it will lead us to success. God will lead us to the best part of our life. And also we need to do our
part like study hard, believe in him, believe in yourself and etc.
