Application and Assessment

1. Self-efficacy Collage. Make a collage of your own perceived self-efficacy using Dr.Albert E.
Bandura’s four sources of influence for the development and maintenance of self-efficacy.

2. What are you or what would you become:

a. In five years
 Five years from now, I seeing myself with a great launch as a
successful and passionable public school teacher . A good role
model for many students and a teacher who will mold my student’s
character in order them to become a good citizen. And also five
years from now, I will repay my parent’s hardworking and sacrifices
and give my parents everything they deserve.
In Jesus name I’ll claim it. I will become a Great teacher someday.

b. in ten years
 Ten years from now I seeing myself as a good wife and good mother
to my children, living in my dream house and having my own car
and also education is a continuous process that’s why ten years
from now I will become a masteral degree holder. And a teacher
who change a lot of lives, inspire a lot of children and a good
influencer because I believed that the influence of a good teacher
can never be erased.

c. in twenty years
 Twenty years from now I have a big happy family with a good life
and God is the center of it. I will mold my children character in
order them to become responsible citizens, grow up with a good
personality and have fear in God. I will become a doctoral degree
holder. A teacher who inspire students, and changed the
trajectories of my student lives. I hope in that time there’s a student
who will says to me “My success is your blessing, teacher. I would
always be thankful to you”. And an individual who feel very happy
to help other, a faithful servant of god who will testify how good he
is and a person who is very committed to god, not just me but my
own family. We will very happy to serve God. “As for me and my
house we will serve the lord”
3. What are your motivations for your envisioned self:

a. In five years
 My motivations five years from now are my parents and my
students. Parents because they are my strength, my backbone and
the reason to keep me going and my dream of success motivates
me, not my success but my student’s success. Teacher can make a
big difference in this world.

b. in ten years

 My motivation ten years from now is my own family, parents, those


people believe in me and my students. I want to provide them a
better life and I don’t want to let them experience what I
experienced in life. And also my biggest motivation is my parents
who always there for me, those people believe in my capabilities
and support in me, my students who want to learn, to understand
their abilities and to become a better human being and also God he
is my greatest motivation because for with him nothing shall be
impossible. It’s motivates me a lot, I have God that always there for
me, he is my shield, defender, comforter and my ultimate provider.

c. In twenty years

 Twenty years from now my biggest motivation are still my own


family, parents and also my students. They are the reason why I’m
work harder.

4. Outline your plans on how you will make your envisioned self.

1. Do your parents as a biggest motivation to succeed
2. Compare your life to the successful people and make it as a motivation.
i. Manny Pacquiao he is one of the person that I want to
become and I inspired a lot in his story.
ii. Henry Sy story was a ‘rags to riches’ kind of tale. I admired
her determination to become successful. Henry Sy story
tells us not to give up on our dreams, no matter how far-
fetched it is.

D. Feed your mind with positivity or be optimistic

5. How do you feel after doing this exercise?

When I’m doing this exercise I feel motivated and inspired to achieve my dream. I’m very
awestruck about my envisioned self, all things are very clear but I know that the plans of god are better
than our plan. His plan is perfect. We must believe in god first then second believe in ourselves, I’m very
sure it will lead us to success. God will lead us to the best part of our life. And also we need to do our
part like study hard, believe in him, believe in yourself and etc.
