Application Details
Substrate Quality All surface must be clean and free from loose particles, laitance, grease, oil, marine
growth, etc.
Substrate Preparation The surface should be prepared using the required tools.

Substrate Temperature +5°C min. / +40°C max.
Ambient Temperature +5°C min. / +40°C max.
Material Temperature WR Putty must be at temperatures of between +10°C and +40°C for application.

Mixing Part A : Part B = 1 : 1 (by weight)
Mixing Time Pre-batched units:
Mix parts A+B together for at least 3 minutes until the material becomes smooth in
consistency and a uniform grey colour. Avoid aeration while mixing. Then, pour the
whole mix into a clean container and stir again for approx 1 min. Quantity once
mixed has to be used within its potlife.
Application Method / Apply the mixed material using glove-protected hand, spatula or trowel and work
Tools well on to the property prepared substrate. The surface of the applied material can
be smoothened by slight rubbing with wet gloves.
Cleaning of Tools Clean all tools and application equipment with thinner immediately after use.
Hardened / cured material can only be mechanically removed.
