Gym class and going to the gym can be rough at some points in your powerlifting
or cardio career. People have different perspectives on going to the gym, or what their
kids favorite class is like. Most people enjoy the gym, they like playing kick ball,
running, lifting, or overall just getting in shape. Going to the gym can be a good way of
making new friends and figuring out new information on what you can do to better your
gym career. Gym class is fun for most kids, but some hate it because they are not in
shape, so what we can do for them is get them in shape, so they have a good time with
everybody. It’s the same with adults, scientists have proven that people that go to the
gym are in better moods and are easier going than people that don’t go. Things that have
changed over the years for gym class, new ways for kids and adults to get involved in
During the history of going to the gym and gym class, people have found new
ways to get into shape easier, quicker, and overall more efficiently. People study this
field to get more knowledge to help people or just themselves get into shape. Due to this
studying of new way to play or workout, people don’t spend as much time in the gym or
gym class. Research says that too much exercising can actually be bad for your body
because you can strain yourself. Another thing that has changed in the molecular science

behind getting in shape, people would always say that protein is always key no matter
what for gaining muscle at the gym. When science is saying that while protein is key,
vegetables are also a huge part of getting in shape. People lack this information, so they
strain themselves in class or while working out. Not only is there a physical and a dietary
factor, there is a way more important thing, the mental game of doing all of these things.
Even if you are being discriminated at your gym, as long as you have your mental game,
no one can stop you (National Public Radio). Just imagine if people always felt welcome
at there local gym, it would be very comforting (National Public Radio). If you can think
to do these two important things, then it defeats the purpose of even trying. These three
things are necessary to be successful in a healthy lifestyle. Without these three things you
can never be successful on getting into a healthy lifestyle and getting into the best shape
of your life.
People have used new things to get kids and adults involved in going to the gym
and gym class. Some schools have used physical education awards to get kids involved.
Most places adults work, offer things like free memberships to gyms, so they’re workers
are in shape to possibly do an even better job for there company. This membership also
included kids of the families that work for that specific company, so the kids can go to
the gym and get a get a good start to knowing their own bodies. Doing these things can
show you what you are truly capable, so you know your limits and just to see how far you
can go. Some people just don’t enjoy Gym class or just basically going to the Gym
(Weekend Edition Saturday). Another thing companies do that can get people involved is
they host events like, 5Ks. These usually get a lot of people from the company to either
walk or run the 5K. Some charitable events are hosted to get people involved in fitness

for a different cause, whether that be for someone or raising money for another reason.
People also come up with clubs, this can be an effective way to get many kids and adults
involved in going to the gym to get some valuable exercise. Some people don’t enjoy
gym class and try to use bribery to get out of class (Weekend Edition Saturday).
Varieties of people love physical fitness; it is one of the renowned activities in the
world. We all know someone who is a fitness freak, they don’t ever quit. Some people
love the Gym so much that they spend all day there to make a career out of being in
shape, this would be a dream. Having a career in looking fit can also influence others to
go for it and get them to try and do what they have done, some professionals may even
help along the way. They might also try to get us as dedicated as they are, so we can be
healthy and make overall better decisions. It's great to be involved, but too much can be
dangerous for your body. Kids love gym when they are young because they get to be with
there friends for a whole class period and they get to try new games. They get to play
dodgeball, volleyball, football, soccer, and Badminton, everyone under the sun enjoys
one of these sports. People that play sports are overall better people, they interact with
others and get important people skills to better themselves in the long run. Just having fun
in these sports can better anyone who plays. As in, their mood, actions, and the most

shape and gives them something to do during the day. Another thing that makes going to
the gym so good, would have to be the good mood and extra energy you can get from
working out. We all know someone who could be in a better mood at some points. Gym
class is honestly one of the most liked things out of all the school activities, working out
is also one of adults and kids favorite activities to do outside of work and school.
