The Senior High School Department will hold its 3rd Senior High School Day on March 2,3,
and 4 innovated as Project SHS UNITED (“SHS: Unleashing Noteworthy Intellect and
Talent towards Empowered Development”): An Innovative Work Plan With the theme:
Unify and Diversify Senior High.
In this connection may we request your good office to allow us to shorten the class schedule of
our students from 1 hour to 40 minutes each subject starting on Thursday, February 20, 2020
until Friday February 28, 2019 to give our students common time to prepare with the different
contested activities. Attached is the proposed shorten schedule.

The Senior High School Department will hold the final defense of the Grade 12 GAS students in
partial fulfillment of their course requirements in Inquires, Investigations and Immersion. In our
desire to conduct it continuously, we scheduled it on March 4,6 and 9, 2020.
The first group of defense is scheduled during the research congress- one of the activities of the
3rd Senior High School Day innovated as Project SHS UNITED (“SHS: Unleashing
Noteworthy Intellect and Talent towards Empowered Development”): An Innovative Work
Plan With the theme: Unify and Diversify Senior High on March 4, 2020, whereas, the
succeeding groups are scheduled on March 6 and 9, 2020.
Having sat as panelists during the proposal defense and having known their expertise in
Statistics, Language and specialized subjects, may we request your office to allow the teachers
included in the schedule to sit again as panelists and be excused from their classes on the
stipulated dates and time.
Attached is the schedule of defense and the teachers assigned as panelists.
