This document provides instructions for making simple crochet buttons and button loops. The buttons are made in rounds starting with an adjustable ring and increasing stitches in early rounds before decreasing in the final round. Two versions are provided, one joined as you go and one with markers instead of joining. Loops to attach the buttons are made by chaining and joining to the fabric edge or by chaining and covering with double crochet or blanket stitch.
