QA/QC Manager/Supervisor

Principal Duties and Responsibilities


 A motivated, hands-on self starter who can work with minimal supervision
 Develop and implement quality procedures and processes
 Prepare, obtain approval, issue and implement company quality control/assurance manual
and ensure it is compliant with company requirements
 Perform inspections and witness tests as required
 Provide administrative, technical direction and mentorship to all Quality personnel.
 Ensure company standards are effectively implemented and aligned.
 Ensure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of non-compliance issues.
 Develop QA, QC procedures & policies to meet department needs.
 Assist operations and project management with pre-job planning.

Requirement
 Graduate of Engineering Course (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial)
 Minimum of 5 years construction experience in quality control
 Thorough working knowledge of quality assurance and quality control activities
 Thorough understanding of industry practices, codes and standards
 Proven ability to supervise other quality and/or inspection personnel both in office and field
based
