    Greetings!

    I, Perlito S. Tabañag, 53 years of age and a bona fide resident of Burgos,


    Talibon, Bohol. I am conveying my sincere intent of applying for a Fishpond Lease
    Agreement (FLA) from your good office. The fishpond to be leased has an area 1.2
    hectares as reflected from the sketch plan of the recent survey.

    In line with this, the administration of the fishpond operation is not new to me
    because this business venture has been passed down from our grandfathers. Moreover,
    I have been in this for more than 20 years and up to the present. I have gained
    knowledge from the mentorship of my elders as well as from my own experiences in the
    past years. Thus, managing the fishpond operations has not only given me an
    opportunity to grow but also helps in providing my family.
