order to obtain a property in the Philippines, they asked Atty. A to prepare and notarize a
Deed of Sale using Atty. A’s son as the purported owner thereof. Since this is merely an
internal agreement, Atty. A likewise made his wife as one of the witnesses in the
instrument. Is the act of Atty. A valid? Reason with legal basis. (5 points)
