Commander Armstrong was the first human being to step on the surface of
the Earth satellite on July 21, 1969 at 2:56 (UTC) south of the Sea of Tranquility
(Mare Tranquillitatis), six and a half hours after landed. This historic landmark was
relayed to the entire planet from the Parkes Observatory facilities (Australia)
It all started in 1976, when Bill Kaysing, an American writer, branded the
mounting moon landing in his pamphlet "We Never Went to the Moon" - a $ 30
billion American scam. The rest of the storyline was provided in 1980 by the Flat
Earth Society - the association that claims Earth is flat - by accusing NASA of
misrepresenting images of the "great leap of humanity" with the help of filmmaker
Stanley Kubrick and writer Arthur C. Clarke.
The most recent survey on the subject dates from 1999, and is from Gallup.
According to this firm, about 6 percent of the United States population has doubts
about the truth of the arrival on the Moon. It may seem little, but we are talking
about 15 million people, it is one of the most popular theories on the Internet:
everything we have seen about Apollo 11 and Apollo 12 is nothing more than the
imagination of film director Stanley Kubrick, under President Richard Nixon's
orders. All because in 1968, a year before the first moon landing, 2001 was
released: “Odyssey in Space”
In my opinion, I think the trip to the moon is true (and if it were a lie, it is
almost impossible for someone to dare to say it at this time) since a lie repeated a
thousand times becomes true, because millions of people saw how the human
being was able to overcome his limits and conquer spaces outside our planet. I
think the conspiracy theories in which they say the man never went to the moon is
false since it has been shown to be a prank by NASA public relations chief Julian
Scheer, he attended a meeting with a club known as Memorial Society "Men Will
Never Fly" where he showed a series of photos that were taken on earth from
simulation exercises, in which astronauts appeared as if they were on the moon
and there was such a commotion that NASA had to clarify the situation saying that
indeed man and of course the Americans did conquer the moon.
