    Project title: A NEW DESIGN FOR DOUBLE EDGE TRIGGERED FLIP-FLOPS

    Description: The major concerns of the VLSI design were area, performance, cost, reliability and
    power consideration. Synchronization place avital role in double edge triggered flip flop, which can
    receive input signal at two levels of clock to store the data. DET-FF has advantages with respect to
    speed, energy savings and power dissipation.
