It took a while for us to communicate with you the plans for concluding the 2nd semester of AY
2019-2020. We assure you that all sides have been considered, all options are weighed. Though it may
not sit well with some, we earnestly hope for your cooperation and understanding at this time.
The following actions will take effect in continuing and concluding the 2nd semester of AY 2019-2020.
Please be advised accordingly.
I. Continuation of the semester from June 1 to June 30, 2020
 With the official suspension of our online classes falling around the middle of Midterms, 2nd
semester we will continue in a compressed schedule from June 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020.
 This schedule will cover the most essential topics for the Pre final and Final term for the Subject
NCST CULTURE 2
II. Distance Education Approach
 Any open source LMS, applications and other tools could be used in DE.
 FB Messenger, Google Classroom and Zoom Meeting
 For those students who don’t have stable connection at home. Please inform me on how you
will be able to get your activity or learning materials. And how you can submit your output. Ex.
If you don’t have laptop or any devices to type your output , you can write it on a piece of clean
and neat bond paper / yellow pad, capture it and send it to my email address provided below
and/or thru FB messenger or Google classroom assigned or we can schedule meet up.
 I will be sending lectures, PDF or PPT files thru FB Messenger every Monday and you are
required to submit your output every Thursday or on the scheduled date of submission until
June 30, 2020.
III. Channels of Hope Webinar
 In replacement for your Channels of Hope workshop as your final term, we will conduct
Channels of Hope Webinar, instead of two days’ workshop we compressed it in two hours
webinar or online training via zoom meeting. You need to choose your preferred date and time
to the given schedule for the said webinar. But since, most of you have no stable connection
we will not require you to join instead it will be an optional. Additional grade and certificate of
attendance will be given to those who will be able to participate.
Your NCST family is with you in adapting to our new normal. Though times may seem
uncertain, our united vision shall keep us on track in achieving our shared goal of character and
nation building.

Webinar
JUNE 19-25,2020 2 hours Channels of Hope Webinar

date and time
