    What is Consumer Buying Process?


    A buying process is the series of steps that a consumer will take to make a purchasing decision.
    A standard model of consumer purchase decision-making includes recognition of needs and
    wants, information search, evaluation of choices, purchase, and post-purchase evaluation.

    Consumer Buying Process of “A suit for an upcoming job
    interview”

    I need a new suit for an upcoming interview I have nothing


    Problem Reconization to wear for the interview.

    I checked several brands, which are offering dress suits of


    Information Research different quality with different prices. I also gathered
    information from friends and relatives to get an idea.

    I compared several brands which are offering suits. I selected.


    Evaluation of alternatives I compared their prices and quality and I also check people
    feedback about brands.

    I chooses one from the brand I likes because they are offering
    Purchase Decision suits of very good quality and also there is 20% off on suits
    which also satisfy my budget. I made the purchase.

    I like my new suit and I am satisfied with its quality and the
    Post Purchase evaluation material is very amazing and the colour is very shiny. I am
    happy with my choice.
    Consumer Buying Process of “A used car”

    I am tired of driving my old useless car, and its stopped


    Problem Reconization working. Now I badly need to buy a used car so I can continue
    my daily work.

    I gathered information about different car shops which are


    saling used cars and I also took suggestion from friends and

    relatives about cars that which car is good in used condition.

    I compared different used cars, and their prices and conditions


    that I selected. I also keeps in mind about good and bad features
    Evaluation of alternatives of each car and I narrow my choices to three cars models which
    are best.

    I chooses one that which is in affordable price and it has amazing


    Purchase Decision features and it’s condition is much better than others. After asking
    my friend I made the purchase.

    I am very satisfied with my choice because it has very amazing


    Post Purchase evaluation features and it also has shiny colour which I like the most. It
    has very good average.
    Consumer Buying Process of “A new smart TV”

    My old smart Tv is not working well. I really need a new


    smart tv in order to remain in touch with current affairs
    Problem Reconization and important information.

    I visited different electronic shops and online stores in


    order to get information that which brand offering the
    Information Research smart tv with great features. I also talk to my friends to get
    an idea.

    I compared several brands smart tv and their features and


    prices. I bounded my choices to two brands which have the
    Evaluation of alternatives best features like slim, bluetooth and quality and price and
    compared both brand’s features and quality.

    I chooses one that have amazing quality and features and it is


    less expensive as compared to other brands. Because I have to
    Purchase Decision buy keeping in mind my budget and it satisfy my budget. I asked
    my friends than I made the purchase.

    I like my new smart tv because its has amazing features and


    Post Purchase evaluation quality. Its graphics and display result is glorious. It has very
    big screen which amaze me. and I am happy with my decision.
    Consumer Buying Process of “A fast food lunch”

    I am very hungry, I need to immediately eat


    Problem Reconization something to satisfy my hunger.I prefer fast food.

    I checked out several fast food brands website and


    Information Research mobile app and what they are offering in fast food. I
    asked my friends and family that which brand is good
    in taste.

    I checked out people reviews about brand’s taste and


    Evaluation of alternatives quality that I have selected. I compared their prices and
    deals they are offering.

    I chooses one brand which are offering great deals and


    people reviews are very good about that brand taste and
    Purchase Decision
    it’s cost is less as compared to other brand. I ordered the
    food.

    The taste was delicious, and I also recommand to other


    Post Purchase evaluation to try their stuff. Good and quality material was used in
    the food and I am satisfied with my purchase I made.
    Consumer Buying Process of “A disposable razor”

    My beard has grown much bigger. I need an immediate


    Problem Reconization shaving. I need a disposable razor for shaving.

    I gathered information about several brands which are


    offering disposable razors. I also took suggestion from
    Information Research
    friends about razors brand which is good.

    I compared several brands which are disposable razors


    I also compared their prices and quality, smoothness and I
    Evaluation of alternatives also check people feedback about brands.

    I chooses one from the brand I likes because they are offering
    razors of suitable price, quality is good and smoothness is
    Purchase Decision great and has strong grip and brand has used advanced pivot
    which prevents to cut and damage the skin. I made the
    purchase.

    I used the razor and it is very smooth, with advanced pivot in


    Post Purchase evaluation razor my skin gets zero % damage. I am very satisfied with
    my decision and razor quality.
