    Supply, install, test and commission sewer and


    drain piping system, complete with piping,
    fittings, sleeves, tees, bends, reducers and all
    connections, warning tape and all other required
    accessories. Pipes and fittings shall be PVC Sch.
    40. Except for pressurized line Work to include
    excavation of trenches, sand bedding,
    compaction test, piping installation, warning
    tape, backfilling, hydrostatic testing, and
    commissioning complete as approved by the
    Engineer.

    15.01 6" dia. PVC, Sch. 40 sewer/drain pipe 85 M

    Supply, install, connect and test the Pipes


    including all necessary fittings, fixing and
    accessories complete as shown on the Drawings.
    Pipes and Fittings shall be PVC Schedule 40.
    And the slope shall not be less than 2%. The
    drainage system shall be adequately vented. All
    the sections of drainage and vent system shall be
    subjected to water test.

    Miscellaneous

    Supply, Install and Test the Following Fittings


    and as Shown on Drawings. Floor Drains &
    Cleanouts shall be of the UPVC construction
    with 50 mm water seal. Drain shall have heavy
    duty stainless steel (chrome plated brass)
    removable square tile with circular grid strainer.
    The open area of the strainer shall be at least
    two-thirds of the cross-section area of the drain
    line to which it connects.

    Floor cleanouts shall have cast iron body and


    frame with square adjustable scoriated secured
    nickel bronze top. Unit shall be vertically
    adjustable for a minimum of 50 mm. When a
    waterproof membrane is used in the floor
    system, provide clamping collars on the
    cleanouts. Cleanouts shall consist of "Y" fittings
    and 3 mm bends with brass or bronze screw
    plugs.

    15.07 Floor Cleanouts 24 No.

    15.08 Floor Drains, coated cast iron body with bottom 18 No.
    outlet, combination invertible membrane clamp
    and adjustable collar with seepage slots. Outlet
    size to suit connected pipe work.

    pipes for hot water supply.

    low and high level alarms, fire test line, drain,
    all accessories as specified and as shown on
    drawings 1 No.

    TOP ROOF TANKS


    15.21 Supply and install overhead fiberglass sweet 1 No.
    water tank @ 6.0 m3 capacity complete with
    float valve and access manhole, concrete pads
    and accessories as per drawings and
    specifications.
