GROWTH STORY OF THE COMPANY
The history of the Investment Bank of India dates back to the 19th century, when European
commercial banks created trading companies for the first time in the region. Since then,
foreign banks (non-Indian banks) have dominated the country's investment operations and
commercial banks.
The private capital pool of Indian entrepreneurs has expanded as a strong demographic
structure has led to structural growth in the economy, making India an important investment
agenda for many long-term institutional investors.
The MWH Holdings home was born as a partner and partner. The company has grown from
55 EFY customers to 152 elite customers. Currently, it also has the listed company NOVA
Publications and the C GOLD infrastructure.
The company is based on LUXUROUS ELEVTORS '9.4 billion transactions and, based on
funds raised, can mobilize up to 27 billion diversified investments.
Here is the American motto, which is the motto followed by MWH HOLDINGS employers
and employees.
The corporate culture of the investment bank is accused of being truly toxic. The investment
bank is important.
• Motivation is one of the important factors for a person's success. Investment banks hire
people motivated to get rich.
8
• People must have reasonable things to maximize their potential, that is, income or career
development, and investment banks need people with that mind-set. T
• The problem is in the evaluation process. In the assessment process, only one side of the
coin is assessed, that is, the employee's performance, but not the other side of the coin, that is,
whether the employee is consistent with what you want in terms of risk.
As an investor, we recommend:
1. We maintain long-term relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
2. We are very agile and eager to foresee.
3. We insist on total discretion and confidentiality
As a colleague
1. We strive for high performance.
2. We value the efforts of the team.
3. We value cooperation.
4. We give and receive feedback to improve our performance
To acquire potential employees and retain existing employees, MWH’s organizational culture
involves the following practices:
I. Continuous feedback:
Conduct continuous inspections of employees (including interns) and guide the work / tasks
they perform. Helps to create a culture of employee growth in the organization.
ii. Internship and training plan:
The internship and training programs provide enough talent for society to give back to
society. In addition, it also provides training for potential employees.
9
iii. Guidance:
Interns are designated directly with the CEO who will assist them during the study
period and train them according to industry requirements. Facebook took a similar
approach to bringing together talented employees.
iv.Achievements and recognition:
Employees are recognized for their efforts and are rewarded through financial
incentives or additional benefits, thereby creating a healthy competitive environment
in the organization.
COMPARITIVE ANALYSIS
MWH HOLDINGS is mainly involved in fundraising, while its competitors are companies based on
medium-sized investment activities, such as SBI CAPITAL SERVICES.
• Investment banks and equity firms are involved in delivering the company's shares to investors and in
promoting merger and acquisition transactions.
• Investment banks usually act as intermediaries in the functions of sellers, sell market shares of listed
companies to other investors and participate in various other activities related to investment banks.
• On the other hand, equity firms invest funds in private companies in the form of buyers and, mainly,
carry out fundraising activities only.
As MWH HOLDINGS is mainly a personal business, there are no diversified businesses; therefore,
compared to SBI, its operational scale is smaller because it is involved in several businesses and
provides a solid India to serve diverse customers and their needs. Customer market. In addition,
competitors are listed on the stock exchange, making it more famous. Income is also very different.

ROLES AND RESONSIBLITIES
11
LEARNINGS
When it comes to understanding “what do investment bankers do?”, it’s important to look at
the skills required for the job. An investment banker has a wide array of responsibilities,
ranging from conducting industry research to tracking financial trends and handling a pile of
administrative duties. The exact responsibilities depend on the firm, division, and industry
category. Investment bankers should expect to perform the following activities.
12
4. Administrative Tasks
Apart from the usual responsibilities, investment bankers may be required to organize
meetings, make travel arrangements, prepare notes, print documents, edit reports, and send
updates to team members. On several occasions, they may find themselves making coffee,
booking a restaurant for a group dinner, fixing printers, and running other minor errands.
Some investment analysts call themselves “mini-admins” due to the many administrative
roles that they perform every day.
If you handle it correctly, an investment banking internship will be your gateway into a
lucrative career in finance.
And if you handle it poorly, an investment banking internship will be like your last life in a
video game before the enemy swarm kills you, knocks your body into a lava pit, and devours
your corpse.
CONCLUSIONS
I personally want to thank you for shaping us into what we today that is a student with an
academic background to an IB professional. Thank you so much for the opportunity to be your
associate investment banker. I can confidently say I wouldn’t have grown and learned as much as I
have these past [8weeks] without your constant feedback/support/guidance/mentorship. I’m so
grateful for advice or experience they gave you, and especially enjoyed project. As a result of this
experience, I’m more excited than ever to pursue a career in Finance and feel well-equipped to
take on role or responsibility I would like to in near future.
By including me in projects outside of the internship scope, you gave me the chance to learn
networking and security fundamentals. Working alongside you to troubleshoot connectivity and
configuration issues made it clear that I should pursue a career in network operations when I
graduate in May next year.
