Responsibilities:
• Received approved drawing and mobilize manpower as per schedule.

• Planed and scheduled the work sequence based on program schedule and executed
accordingly.
• Timely communicated and followed up with Site Engineer/ Project Manager for
requirements and smooth operation of site.
• Arranged work sequence to open up works for all subcontractors.
• Recommend effective quantities to prepare payment for subcontractor based on their
work performance and further works need.
• Ensured approved materials were used by subcontractors and timely communicated to
site engineer / project manager.
• Overseen materials usage and its handling to prevent damages and lost, if found any
discrepancy directed penalty to prevent such activities in future.
• Communicated site engineer / project manager if any difficulties / hurdles came which
hinders the progress.
• Regular follow up to receive approved drawing (latest) and deposit existing drawing as
“VOID”.
• Controlled labour & provided technical assistance to subcontractors in coordination
with site engineer / project manager.
• Ensured manpower optimal works delivery on site.
• Motivated peoples to take preventive actions for safety matters.
• Ensured availability of safety gears to all manpower available within your control.
• Taken preventive actions on safety gears and punished if anybody violate the
regulations regarding safety instructions.
• Timely highlight the obstacles with site engineers/ project managers while execution as
per drawings.
• Conduct checking of tools, items fixed prior to precede further works such as scaffolding
fixing, steel form works prior to concrete etc.
• Recommend innovative ideas to execute works on cost effective manner being with
prescribed specification and agreement.
• Available on duty early from the site open (i.e. 6 AM) and close per regular duty hours
instruction or as per works demand.
• Perform duties assigned by site engineers or project manager.

Responsibilities:
• To make work off the existing conditions and preparation of the drawings, handle
waterlines & manholes, Irrigation pipeline and future road crossing ducts,, valve boxes,
street. Lighting cables,, pole foundations,, Traffic signals,, etc.
• Building work,, settling out off the building as per the approved drawing and levels.
• Landscaping, Stetting out for landscaping areas as per approved drawings.
• Work off cross sections supervision surface water.
• To manage all survey related activity in road construction,, establish bench marks,
traverses points, layout center line leveling off sub grade,, sub base,, base course and
asphalt base course, etc.
• Layout off horizontal and vertical alignments of roads.
• Observation off cross section and earthwork volume calculations.
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order
to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted
at survey sites.
• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and
dimensions of land or land features.
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of
terrain.
• Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and
documents related to surveys.
• Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients,
and others concerned with projects.
• Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy.
• Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering
instruments.
