You will need basic hand tools and about 2 hours of installation time.

Stock Bumper Removal
Remove the bumper by visiting this link and following
the direction. There are also a few youtube videos that
illustrate how to remove the bumper.

Stock Shroud
Locate the stock shroud and find this bump.
Stock Shroud
It is best to cut a hole in the stock radiator shroud.
Use the following dimensions for your cut.

Measure out using a tape measure
3.5” 2.5”
Place the shroud and intake back on the car as a unit, do not put the push-clips back in
yet. You will need the shroud to be a little loose so you can work. (You may want to
clip it in using the tabs that are molded on the back of the shroud)

Apply a small film of grease
or dish soap to the last inch
of duct
Raise or cut off these vampire teeth.
You may want to place the 65mm bolt in the fastening boss to prepare for alignment.

Once you align the nut and the hole, use your
other hand to begin to engage the threads in the
nut, everything can remain loose.
Use caution not to drop the nut, it is best to place a towel or buffer object below your
hand. A second nut is included in the kit just incase you lose it.

Installation Procedure
Nut is supported by one hand, other hand should begin
to thread the bolt. Nothing should be tight yet.
Push the bolt in and begin threading by hand as you support the nut on the backside.

Installation Procedure
Once you get a few threads engaged, use a 9mm box
wrench or 9mm ratchet to secure the nut as you tighten
the bolt with a 5 mm allen wrench.
