    DOMESTIC TRAVEL

    1. All passengers are required to present ID upon check in.


    2. Please be at the airport 2 hours before the flight.
    3. Prepare terminal fee of 200 pesos per person.
    4. Once ticketed, booking are subject to penalties as implemented by airline regulations.
    5. Refundable tickets are processed 3-6 monhs from the date of filing. Subject to penalties applicable.
    6. Aiports to proceed:

     Zest Air – Domestic Terminal


     PAL – Terminal 2
     Cebu Pacific/Pall Express – Terminal 3

    1. Penalties (subject to change)

     Php 672 rebooking


     Php 672 refund fee (if applicable)
     Php 672 no show fee (if applicable)
     Php 672 cancellation fee

    1. Flight changes should be made 72 hours before the flight to minimize penalties.
    2. Refund ticket should bring two (2) valid IDs.
    3. No ID / No Refund.

     
     
     
    INTERNATIONAL TRAVELS
     

    1. All passengers are required to present passport valid at least 6 months from the date of travel and valid visa if
    applicable to the country of destination.
    2. Please be at the airport 3 hours before the flight.
    3. Prepare terminal fee of 750 pesos per person.
    4. Once ticketed, booking are subject to penalties as implemented by airline regulations.
    5. Refundable tickets are processed 3-6 months from the date of filing. Subject to penalties if applicable.

     PAL – Terminal 2
     Cebu Pacific
