    I, Md. Siraj Miah, son of late Hurmat Ullah and late Asia

    Khatun, of village-Ponargaon, Post Office-Satiajuri-3301, Police

    Station-Chunarughat, District-Habiganj, aged about- 45 years,

    by faith Muslim, by Profession- Business, by Nationality

    Bangladeshi, National ID No. 3612685937409, do hereby

    solemnly affirm and say as follows :-

    1. That I am the cousin of the accused petitioner and

    tadbirkar of the case and am fully conversant with the

    fact and circumstances of the case and as such I am

    competent to swear this affidavit.


    2. That all the certified copies annexed with the
