    Scintillan brother,

    Peace be upon you!

    Being a member of Fraternitas Scintilla Legis is such a privilege in our lives. Indeed, this noble
    fraternity is a great avenue for anybody to grow as an individual and to achieve ultimate success in the
    study of law or any endeavor.

    This coming November, a number of our beloved brothers are set to face the 2018 Bar
    examinations. In line with this, as the Grand Chancellor, I write to you in behalf of the resident brothers
    to seek for your benevolent support for sponsorship and solicit any amount to augment inevitable
    expenses on the aforementioned undertaking. We will be very much delighted for your support.
    Attached herewith is the list of the names of our barrister-brothers.
