C) WARRANTY: ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DELIVERY DATE AGAINST MATERIAL AND
WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS SOLELY ATTRIBUTABLE TO TRISYS.
D) DURATION: TO BE AGREED, UPON RECEIPT OF PURCHASE ORDER.
E) OWNERSHIP OF ABOVE ITEMS SHALL REMAIN UNDER TRISYS UNTIL FULL PAYMENT.
