Manuscript submission
By submitting a manuscript authors warrant that their contribution to the Journal is their
original work, that it has not been published before, that it is not under consideration for
publication elsewhere, and that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any,
and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities at the institution where the work was
carried out.
Authors are exclusively responsible for the contents of their submissions, the validity of the
experimental results and must make sure that they have permission from all involved parties
to make the data public.
Authors wishing to include figures or text passages that have already been published
elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright holder(s) and to include
evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material
received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.
Authors must make sure that all only contributors who have significantly contributed to the
submission are listed as authors and, conversely, that all contributors who have significantly
contributed to the submission are listed as authors.
Navesti na koju adresu se šalje rukopis, ako ga treba slati elektronskom poštom. Ako
postoji onlajn formular, nacesti adresu na kojoj se nalazi.
Manuscripts are be pre-evaluated at the Editorial Office in order to check whether they meet
the basic publishing requirements and quality standards. They are also screened for
plagiarism.
Authors will be notified by email upon receiving their submission. Only those contributions
which conform to the following instructions can be accepted for peer-review. Otherwise, the
manuscripts shall be returned to the authors with observations, comments and annotations.
Manuscript preparation
Authors must follow the instructions for authors strictly, failing which the manuscripts would
be rejected without review.
The manuscript should be written in navesti program za obradu teksta format navesti format
(.doc, .docx, .rtf, .odt itd.). Definisati format strane, margine, tip i veličinu slova, prored. Ako
postoje ograničenja u pogledu ukupne dužine teksta, treba navesti maksimalan broj karaktera.
The manuscript should contain the title, authors’ names and affiliations, 1 abstract, keywords,
the text of the manuscript (bilo bi dobro da se struktura rukopisa preciznije definiše: npr.
rukopis sadrži: introduction, experimental part, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion),
acknowledgments, references, a list of tables and a list illustrations. Mark the position of
figures and tables in the text. Please, do not include tables and figures in the manuscript. They
should be submitted as separate files

To je naročito slučaj kada časopis primenjuje postupak recenzije u kom je recenzentima nepoznat identitet
autorа.
Title should be clear, not too long but explanatory (no more than navesti broj reči, font i
veličinu fonta).
The full name(s) of the author(s) (navesti način navođenja, tip i veličinu slova).
The affiliation(s) precizirati na koji način se navode i obeležavaju imena autora i nazivi
institucija. When the paper has more than one author, their names should be navesti kako se
navode; for the corresponding author, navesti kako se navodi. Also, the full and e-mail
addresses of the corresponding author should be provided navesti gde.
Abstract, not exceeding navesti broj words (definisati tip i veličinu slova), should contain a
short review of the method and the most important results of work, so that its original text can
be used in referential periodicals and databases. Do not include citations in the Abstract.
Keywords (concepts, locations, results) navesti tip i veličinu slova, are listed in a separate
line at the end of the abstract. Keywords should be relevant to the topic and content of the
paper. An accurate list of keywords will ensure correct indexing of the paper in referential
periodicals and databases. Navesti na koji jezicima treba dostaviti ključne reči, koliko
ključnih reči; ako se od autora očekuje da prilikom izbora ključnih reči koriste neki
kontrolisani rečnik, i to treba navesti.
The text of the Manuscript

Na isti način treba objasniti šta treba da sadrže ostali delovi rada (uvod, metodologija,
eksperimentalni deo, pregled rezultata, diskusija, zaključak itd.). Definisati format i
obeležavanje podnaslova. Da li rukopis treba da sadrži fusnote?
Definisati način pisanja i/ili obeležavanja skraćenica, akronima, formula, jednačina i

simbola itd. Za formule i jednačine definisati preporučene ili zahtevane programe ili formate.
Ako su radovi na engleskom jeziku, precizirati da li se prednost daje britanskoj ili američkoj
varijanti, ili su one ravnopravne.
Definisati format i dimenzije tabela, tip i veličinu slova u tabeli; navesti način njihovog
obeležavanja (npr. da li se legenda za tabelu nalazi ispod ili iznad tabele); definisati tip i
veličinu slova u legendi.
Photos, drawings and other illustrations should be of good quality. The acceptable image
formats include:
definisati formate (TIFF, JPEG, EPS itd.), rezolucije, maksimalne dimenzije. Definisati način
obeležavanja ilustracija (Figure, Fig. Slika, sl. itd.)
 Please do not:
Supply files that are optimized for screen use (e.g., GIF, BMP, PICT, WPG); these
typically have a low number of pixels and limited set of colors;
 Supply files that are too low in resolution;
 Submit graphics that are disproportionately large for the content.
Acknowledgements should be included in a separate section at the end of the article before
the references.
References shall be cited in the language in which they were published. 2 The list of
References shall only include works that are cited in the text.
Detaljno definisati način citiranja u tekstu i listi referenci. Definisati način citiranja za
različite tipove publikacija. Autorima treba preporučiti da koriste neki citatni menadžer
(EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley itd.) Prilikom izbora citatnog stila rukovoditi se preporukama
datim u Aktu o uređivanju naučnih časopisa.3

Ako se reference navode pismom na kom je citirana publikacija objavljena, to treba naglasiti. Ako ih treba
transkribovati/transliterisati, treba navesti standard po kom se transkripcija/transliteracija vrši.
Na Zapadu je, naročito u prirodnim i tehničkim naukama, još uvek prisutna praksa da se naslovi knjiga i članaka
objavljenih npr. na ruskom jeziku prevode na engleski. To nikako ne treba činiti zato što se tako navedena
publikacija teško može identifikovati.
