    No cardiomegaly. Pulmonary vasculature is normal.
    Lungs are clear.
    Hila are not enlarged.
    CP angles are clear.
    No mediastinal widening.
    Diaphragms are normal in position.
    No abnormality in the rib cage.

    IMPRESSION:

    Ill-defined small opacity is noted in right lower zone.


    Right sided mild pneumothorax is noted.
    Intercostal Drainage tube seen in situ.
