Ratio of Grade 5:6:7. If there are 55 pupils in Grade 5 it means that there are 66 pupils in
Grade 6 and 77 pupils in grade 7.
24. Sandra has few boxes of chocolate cupcakes. Each box contains 12 cupcakes and cost ₱63.00. If she
sells each cupcake ₱6.25, how much is her profit for selling 8 boxes of cupcakes?

12 x ₱6.25 = ₱75.00 - ₱ 63.00 = ₱ 12.00 profit in

27. A ball is dropped from the top of a building. Each time it hits the ground, it bounces to a height which is ¾
of the height from which it last fell. If it is dropped at a height of 12 m, how high does it bounce for the 4 th
