    Fuel leakage from injectors.
    Failure/Problem

    Injectors are jam.

    Symptom

    White smoke is breathing from engine(exhaust).

    History

    Customer inform to our service because this machine is easy to start but white smoke is too much.

    Cause & analysis


    Our service team go to job site and we inspect the machine condition and then we start the machine (easy
    to start) we found that white smoke is too much.so we decided this problem is due to turbo or injector
    failure.
    Action
    We takeout the exhaust muffler and then start the engine we found that some oil leakage from turbo
    outlet.so we takeout the turbo and exhaust manifold and then start the engine we found that fuel oils from
    no3,4,5,6 exhaust line.so we takeout the injectors 6pcs and then we repair this injectors in outside
    workshorp.we install the injectors,exhaust manifold,turbo and exhaust muffler.And then start the engine is
    ok. Test the engine with load is ok.
