Following are the recommendations sent by Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh to the
President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil for consideration and orders that the
portfolios of Ministers to be appointed may be as below:

3. Professor K.V. Thomas : Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution

MINISTERS OF STATE:
