Tangled in the maze of daily troubles, I often sit back and

wonder about the days when all I cared about was to
climb on the water tanker of my terrace to find and stare
at a pigeons nest with tiny sqaubs. The times that were so
much simpler.

When my friends got me to jump tens of rooftops to find an
unclaimed kite, making it our most prized possession of the
day. I spent long afternoons during winters getting my hair
oiled by amma under the sun and rushed down to play
carrom with my brother while my chachi put freshly rolled
papads & mirchi to dry.

Chatt (AW 19-20) for me, has been a personal journey of
finding that peace in the midst of daily chaos. A memory
where neighbours became family with an adjoined
terrace and when the nights were spent counting stars,
finding constellations & writing innocent love letters on the
last pages of my school note-book.

drying under the sun, the collection opens with a burst of
colors ranging from sunflower yellow, charcoal black, sea
green, oranges and reds. A selection of festive yet easy
looks, kedias, saris, lehengas with traditional chogas all
