__________________________, do hereby acknowledge that WE are justly
indebted to __________________________, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen
and a resident Nalsian Norte, Bayambang, Pangasinan, in the sum of TWO
HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND (P230,000.00) PESOS, and by these presents
transfer and convey by way of MORTGAGE, unto __________________________,
his heirs, successors or assigns, that parcel of land which is herein more particularly
described as follows:

then this mortgage shall thereby fully discharged and without further effect;
