    1. In view of the updating of data of all personnel in Maguindanao II Division, this office
    mandates you to submit your UPDATED Personal Services Itemization and Plantilla of
    Personnel (PSIPOP) for fiscal 2020.

    2. Attached is the Plantilla 2020-2021 format.

    a. Follow the format and do not leave any column blank.

    b. Fill in from highest to lowest position.

    c. Make another page to the itemized SHS teachers to separate them to itemized JHS
    teachers.

    d. Identify itemized ALS teachers.

    e. Include the newly hired teachers in the Plantilla for S.Y. 2020-2021.

    f. If there are retired, deceased or resigned teachers please indicate the data needed
    and do not leave any blank.

    g. Provide SOFT COPY only.

    h. Email it to jtsamama11@gmail.com and baiamlauban608@gmail.com.
