     APEC Privacy Framework => cross-border privacy rules => Privacy’s Accountability Agent = Trusmark.
     OECD => privacy guidelines, crypto policy, e-authentication, & National e-ID Management
     UNCITRAL => e-commerce, e-signature, UN Convention on the Use of e-communication for Int’l Contract =>
    federated digital identity for global e-commerce + Cybersecurity + electronic transferable record + ODR
     US have National Strategy of the Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC) => trusted identity ecosystem
     EU have Future of Identity in the Information Society (FIDIS) + STORK + EU Regulation 910/2014
     Australia => National e-Authentication Framework
     IGF (multi-stakeholders for Internet Governance) + Global Cybersecurity => Freedom, privacy, security dan
    economic growth
    => Korelasi e-Authentication dengan CyberSecurity adalah kejelasan pengaturan tentang
    pengamanan (security + Kriptografi) memperjelas kekuatan pembuktian secara elektronik
