1. Load the new software on sites before the daily limit and activate sites one by one to avoid coverage gaps. 2. After completing the upgrades, check alarms and traffic from your systems and notify the RF and KPI teams. 3. Get confirmation from the RF team to continue upgrading the remaining sites, starting with 10-30 sites.

You can continue upgrading sites tomorrow after we receive confirmation from RF:

1- Load SW before one day ( may be you get limitation in TG loading till 18)
2- Activate SW next day of CR one by one ( TG by TG to avoid gap in coverage)
3- After you finish check alarms & traffics from your side and put RF & KPI team
in loop
4- Get confirmation from RF team next day to proceed with the rest (you can
choose 10 or 30 sites to finish earlier)

Load Command:
Rxmsc:mo=rxotg-218,SWVER=B1323R2D00;
Rxpli:mo=rxotg-218,load;
Rxplp:mo=rxotg-218; ////to check percent of loading////
Rxmop:mo=rxotg-218; /////to check SWVERDLD supposed to be new SW, while in
SWBERACT still in old SW before activation (just for checking)////

Activation command:
Rxpli:mo=rxotg-218,start;
Check alarms of sites
Rxplp:mo=rxotg-218; ////to check percent of loading supposed to be
finished////
Rxmop:mo=rxotg-218; /////to check SWVERDLD supposed to be new SW, and SWBERACT
new SW as well after activation (just for checking)////
