ACCOUNTANCY WEEK 2020

July 12-18, 2020


ACADEMIC EVENTS
1. Quizlet – Approved but with minor revisions
- 2 problems per day for 5 days
- PRIZE: P50 load for first three correct commentators with
selfie of their solutions
- PARTICIPANTS: Open for ALL JPIANS (Past and Present
Members)
2. Mockboard – c/o CPA Online Review
- PRIZE:
o Top 5 will receive free 1-year subscription plus
freebies
o Top 3 will receive additional trophies
- PARTICIPANTS: Open for ALL but list of participants and
their respective emails must be given ahead of time
o List of participants will be passed on or before july
13, only participants on the list will be catered
o Exams will be on July 17, 1-4pm 70 questions all in
all, 10 questions per subject
3. Poster Making – Theme: Rising in Solidarity Amidst Challenging
Times
- With video of the explanation
- PARTICIPANTS: Open for ALL
- PRIZE: 1st Place – P700, 2nd Place – 500, 3rd Place – 300
NON ACADEMIC EVENTS
1. Tiktok Competition – Accounting Skits
- “Anong Kwentong JPIA mo?”
- 1 minute tiktok video
- PRIZE: 1st Place – P300, 2nd Place – 200, 3rd Place – 100
- PARTICIPANTS: Open for ALL
2. Meme-making Contest – One with the most HAHA react wins
- Additional guidelines – no vulgar words
- PRIZE: 1st Place – P300, 2nd Place – 200, 3rd Place – 100
- PARTICIPANTS: Open for ALL
3. Virtual Mr. & Ms. Accountancy Week 2020
- Categories – Uniform, Business Attire & Creative
Quarantine Attire
- Each Participant will send their video in the different attires
on or before July 14
- Uniform and Business Attire video: Maximum of 30
seconds
- Creative Quarantine Attire video – must include a part
wherein the participant will explain the theme of National
PICPA “Rising in Solidarity Amidst Challenging Times”
- PARTICIPANTS: Gensan Schools only
- AWARDS:
o Special Awards
 Mr. & Ms. Photogenic (Participants will submit
a photo wearing their JPIA shirt)
 Basis of Winner – Most Like, Wow, Heart
and Care React
 With Virtual Sash
o Minor Awards
 Best in Uniform
 Best in Business Attire
 Best in Creative Quarantine Attire
 The judges will decide
 With Virtual Sash
o Major Awards
 2nd Runner-up – Sash and P1000 each
 1st Runner-up – Sash and P1500 each
 Mr. and Ms. Accountancy Week – Sash and
P2000 each
General Guidelines for Participants
1. Must Like and Share the PICPA Gensan Page
2. Must Like the NFJPIA RXII Page and Follow them on Twitter
@NFJPIARXII
3. Use the hashtag #PICPAGenSan2020 and #Handuyog for each
entry
4. Use the hashtag #<name of event> for the specific event entered

July 14 – Poster Making Competition/Submission of Pageant videos
July 15 – Tiktok competition
July 16 – Meme-making competition
July 17 – Virtual Mr. and Ms. Accountancy Week 2020
