7.0 Troubleshooting

H2OSentinel is a client only application. There is no H2OSentinel server on-board. The update files
are sent to the main comms PC weekly with normal email traffic. H2OSentinel clients use the main
GTMail comms PC for obtaining the update files from a POP3 inbox.

H2OSentinel and NOD32 are separate applications. NOD32 is the antivirus engine, supplied by a 3rd
party company (ESET), protects your system from virus infection. H2OSentinel is the program used
to provide anti-virus updates for NOD32 from the main server.

Because of this NOD32 should not be un-installed and re-installed from the computer unless advised
to by a member of H2OSatellite support. Un-installing or re-installing the NOD32 application can
result in an earlier version of NOD32 being installed, making it unable to update without manual
intervention.
