Scope Statement
Objective
Sindh Resilience Project (SRP) will focus on improving institutional capacities, performance, and
preparedness at key agencies responsible for managing disaster risk in Sindh.

Main objectives of this project are

a. To undertake overall project monitoring


b. Setting KPIs for project execution
c. Ensure corrective measures to be taken at right time

Scope of Work
a. Firm will review supply chain and financial management procedures
b. Firms will make recommendations to ensure milestones are achieved
c. Firm will ensure that SOPs are followed
Deliverables
1. Inception report will contain detailed work plans and assessment tool(s) to be submitted after
one (1) month of signing of the contract.;
2. First Six-month report acceptable to the client;
3. Second Six-month report acceptable to the client;
4. Third Six-month report acceptable to the client;
5. Fourth Six-month report acceptable to the client;
6. Fifth Six-month report acceptable to the client;

Time Frame
The assignment will be completed in four (4) Years after signing the contract between the Client
and a Consulting Firm.

Project Cost
Overall cost is US 120 million
