    GRADE 6

    For Learners:

    1. Psychosocial preparedness for the opening of classes?


    All learners are psychosocial prepared.

    2. Health status?
    All learners are in good condition.

    3. Reading level?
    6 out of 14 learners are having a hard time in reading and in comprehension.

    4. Level of learning independence?


    All learners are independent learners.

    5. Learning environment in terms of study space, home conditions and immediate


    environment?
    All learning environment are ready.

    6. Learning resources?
    All learning resources are ready.

    For Parents:

    1. Psychosocial preparedness for the opening of classes?


    All parents/guardians are ready.

    2. Health status?
    All parents/guardians are in good condition.

    3. Confidence level to guide/support the learning of their child/ward?


    12 out of 14 of the parents/guardians are confident to guide/support the learning of
    their child/ward. But almost all of them still needs the assistance of the teacher.
    4. Time available to guide/support the learning of their child/ward?
    Not all the time the parents/guardians are available to guide/support the learning
    of their child/ward. 2 out of 14 parents/guardians have work for 8 hours.

    5. Reading level?
    All of them can read.

    6. Learning support resources such as materials, devices, internet access?


    4 out of 14 parents/guardians do not have access in the internet because of lack of
    gadgets and poor signal. So they prefer to have printed module and collected their
    contact details when teacher is needed.

    7. Home conditions and immediate environment?


    All of their environments are ready.
