• 6 - 8 years of experience as a software developer or SDET
• 3 - 4 years’ experience with test automation tools and techniques required; Microsoft and related tools strongly preferred (C#, Selenium with C#, Visual Studio, TFS or Azure DevOps
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft development stack and tooling is strongly preferred
• A strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming and design concepts.
• Strong command of Unit Test framework like xUnit, NUnit.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-level of customer service to client
Manage multiple project timelines according to scope. Ensure deadlines are being met.
Communicate continually with internal team members and external client contacts about program status
Lead a project management team, providing ongoing support throughout projects
Ensure appropriate reporting of information to internal teams and external client resources
Tracking designated metrics for the program management team
Design, implement, and audit formalized risk management processes, forecast project risks, and communicate those to key company resources
Coordinate cross-departmental schedules across multiple projects and anticipate technical roadblocks and challenges
Flag and monitor critical path activities related to assigned programs
Communicate regularly with all levels of the organization
Support cooperative communications and facilitate cross-departmental teamwork for program implementation and maintenance
Design, implement, and audit formalized program review documentation for large-scale products and programs
Lead solution discussions cross-departmentally and identify solutions that are in the best interest of both the client and Ness

PMP Certification
Overall 15+ years’ experience with Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a program manager role
Strong knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Strong knowledge in Agile based projects
Should have run projects in Java, .NET technology stack with exposure to newer technologies like cloud
Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project

The position of Senior Test Automation Architect will have the following
Responsibilities:
Subject matter expert in test automation areas
Identifying and recommending the test automation processes and tools
Define and publish key performance metrics for the automated testing
Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to implement test automation across workstreams
Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach across teams
