Good Governance and Social Responsibility Principles

Part 1. Enumeration:

The study of good governance and social responsibility deals with the process and structure to direct
and manage the business and affairs of the company towards enhancing business prosperity and corporate
accountability.

Having studied the course, you must have learned and acquired principles, concepts, topics or issues
which interested you most as a future human resource professional. Enumerate at least five (5) of those
principles. Think big and enumerate or identify these principles. Simply write five (5) answers in one
brief sentence each.

Part II. Reasons:

Having identified five (5) principles which interested you most (as enumerated in Part 1), cite your
explanations or reasons why such principles are significant and interesting to you. Give details and cite
examples when necessary. Identify each by a code/reference i.e., “1” in Part I should be “1” in Part II and in
Part III.

Part III. Recommendations:

Given the chance to be an official or whatever position in a business firm where you have the full right
and opportunity to make policy changes, what specific policy options or concrete measures will you
recommend or do to ensure that the above principles are practiced and implemented. Be specific.
