    Job Responsibilities:
     Hands-on-Experience working with Huawei U2000, M2000, NPTS, RTTS, OSN 2500,3500.
     Following up the Emails, replying to the corresponding Emails at the earliest.
     Updating / Escalating the customer for the ongoing issues using Applications (MNOC SMS/ MOS
    Huawei SMS Tool ,NPTS).
     Supporting Tx FO team whenever required for technical issues as well as while team facing excess work
    load .
     Site implementation and maintenance remotely comparing with implemented design.
     Software up gradation of MW Sites.
     Provide Technical Support to MW team for Integration and Troubleshooting.
     Alarm Monitoring for On-Air sites using U2000 Client tool.
     Opening TT for the alarms on RTTS after completely troubleshooting and then refer to the concerned
    management for escalation.
     Good Knowledge & Experience in SDH , Configuration, Trouble shooting.
     Active monitoring of the network for Huawei Nodes (MSC,RNC,BSC,NodeB,BTS) with effective rectification.
     Creating Trouble Tickets / Work Orders
     Identifying recurring issues in the network, taking follow up of problematic sites & providing support for
    permanent resolution of such issues. 
     Surveillance of centralized network nodes alarm escalation, trouble shooting and their rectification to some
    extent. 
     Managing the record of each fault by using Trouble Ticketing system. 
     Preparation of daily & weekly Basis outage reports.   
     Coordination with the “Back Office” for the L2 resolution of the alarms. 
     TT troubleshooting with other domains TNOC/CISCO

     Handling complete routine maintenance work for MW, 2G, 3G and LTE
     TT Follow up with regional teams to minimize network down time

     Microwave link  communications system (video,  audio, or  data  between two locations)
     Communications between  satellites  and base stations
     Backbone carriers for cellular systems.
     24/7 Tier 2 Support for Operation and Maintenance of Kingdom wide STC
     Networks (MW/GSM/RAN and LTE).
     Works on prolonged outages, customer support and Network Fault management.
     Troubleshooting of any Transmission Faults and Customer complaints within the time limits defined by SLAs.
     Planning and implementation of alternative route for traffic rerouting in case of transmission problems.
     Ensure KPI index for faults and performance of the Transmission Network.
     Troubleshoot the transmission problems and determine the problem’s causes.
     Coordinate on 24x7 basis with other relevant departments for any blocking
    Surveillance of network faults for GSM NOC.

     Analyze, Correlate, Categorize and prioritize the faults.

     Optimization of MW links to encounter the Bandwidth utilization in real time.
