I have taken the liberty of bringing to your attention the implementation of the above-captioned
subject, of which my practice is placed in a predicament that has perceived us to be the least essential in
planning, designing, and making sure that construction of habitable buildings are our expertise with the aid of
co-allied professionals, the engineers.
I have attached a letter of my Organization addressed to the general authorities, however, I have
volunteered myself to disseminate the same information to you because it is highly important and significant
in creating landmarks for our city/municipality.
I believe in your leadership and I only wish well for our City/Municipality when an Ordinance is
issued to commit to the Laws that govern us.
