Statement of Purpose

My name is Savan Javiya and I am currently living in Rajkot. My native place is


near by Jamnagar, India. I have stayed in Rajkot most of my life and have
completed my study there. I am currently working as a Financial Services
Consultant in ICICI Prudential life insurance from past 5 months. I am a
management student with an interest in financial market. I am passionate for
travelling.

I have done my schooling from Dholakiya school, Rajkot, India which is one of the
famous school in Rajkot. After completing my higher secondary education I
pursued B.B.A for my graduation. And I have completed my graduation from
Marwadi College which is allied with Marwadi University. I have successfully
completed my Bachelor in Business Administration with 7.62 CGPA. I have
always been good at my academic from schooling till completing my graduation.
Especially accounts and statistics are being my interesting subjects. I was an active
student through participating and organizing events in the college which include
MU Fest and other sports activities. I was also the captain of B.B.A cricket team.

After graduation I was offered a job with ICICI Prudential, as a Financial Services
Consultant. Over the past five months, I have been working full-time with ICICI
Prudential. More than what I have studied in school and college, it has been these
experiences that have shaped the person that I am today. I used to manage the sales
of the company which included interaction with the customers directly. While
working with this Company was altogether a great and fruitful experience and also
it helps me to increase my knowledge and give me more information about
financial market.

CANADA was the first and final choice for me when I was in a phase to choose a
country for my post-graduation because of some straight forward reasons. The
education system of Canada is brilliant in all sorts of ways and ranked as best
among the whole world. In addition to that, Canada is a safe and peaceful nation
with superb health care facilities. So, I decided to study Global Business
Management course from CANADA because of the quality and state of the art
Education in CANADA which is renowned worldwide. This would provide me
with good opportunities to get best education in management studies and also get
an experience to study with students from different countries within the college
campus. This course is perfect for me as it consists of managerial, administrative
and presentational skills. I am quite confident that after completion of the study in
Canada in the field of Global Business Management, I will be more flexible to
work with Multinational Company in India.
I wish to inform you that I do not have any intention to overstay in Canada after
completion of my study in Canada. I plan to return to my home country where
there is a great potential and many opportunities for people having foreign
education. After returning to India I wish to work with the Multinational
Company. My knowledge and exposure will give a cutting edge in growing my
personal strength. Having lived in Rajkot it has always helped me in my overall
growth but I do not wish to live in this city forever. Due to having less job
opportunity in the business oriented city, Rajkot.

Exploring world for the sake of education has always been thrilling. It always
proves to be an incredible start of a new career. Career can be rewarding, if it is
learned from a renowned country. Canada holds the power to impart the education
to change the students’ outlook towards life. It makes it a point to teach theory in
depth along with practical know how. Education received from this country will
surely change my perspective towards life and will assist me in achieving my
goals. It will surely be a life changing decision of my life.
