During this COVID19 pandemic, what do you think is the importance of physical activities in
your own personal life?

 Despite of this Covid19 pandemic, it's still important for us to have a


physical activities (exercise). Because it brings a short and long-term
benefits for our physical and mental health. And being Physically active will
us from having some cardiovascular diseases, cancers, etc. Physical
activities can also serve as a treatment to avoid sickness due to the Covid19
virus by following New Normal's protocol. And so many physical activities
we can do during our leisure time.

What are the ways that you are doing in order to cope effectively in this pandemic situation?
Explain your answer.

 Making myself busy like exploring so many things and learning new talents
that I have and doing physical activities at home. And at the same time
following of healthy and safety protocols like performing proper hygiene
like washing cleaning of our hands often, using of anti-bacterial and
disinfectant alcohols. By wearing a mask and face shields. And proper
observing of physical distancing. With these protocols. With these I could
safely say that I’m effectively coping to this pandemic.
