We are driven by building Mobile technology solutions for emerging markets. MoeenICT
was founded by Hashim Mohamed Zayed and Hamid Mohamed Ali in June 2012. More

1. Product: Mobile Data Collection

(SADIK)
SADIK Customers: UNDP, WHO, FAO,
Sudanese Federal Ministry of Health, National
Health Insurance Fund, RAF NGO, EPI Lap NGO
and others.
Description: Paper-and-Pencil based data

collection whether in the form of country wide
surveys or facility audits, is a time consuming
and high cost process. Moreover, data quality
is often questionable because of the intensive
manual work involved. Moeen’s data
collection solution substitute’s paper forms
with digital forms running on Mobile devices.
Outcome: 90% improvement on data quality,

60% time savings and significant cost
reduction on 13+ large scale data collection
projects.

2. Custom Made Apps(B2E): Mobile Point of Service (Mobilization of Billing &
CRM systems)
Customer: Sudani telecom
Description: Sudani wanted to rapidly increase its retail

outlets in order to tab into new market segments. Time-to-
market and cost of launching new outlets were considerably
high. The solution was equipping sales force with Mobile
versions of customer-facing systems, instead of building full-
fledged shops.
Outcome: 40% cost saving and 70% reduced time-to-market

for launching new retail outlets.
3. Mobile Innovation Consulting: How Mobile could be utilized to manage

healthcare service delivery to 63% of the total population of Sudan
Customer: Sudanese National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF)
Description: Signing up new beneficiaries, service eligibility check at healthcare centers and
payment collection are manual – paper based processes that are posing serious operational
challenges. Moreover, they are hindering Health Insurance coverage expansion plans.
MoeenICT proposed solution utilizes Android, USSD and SMS technologies to transform how
NHIF operates.
Outcome: A feasible solution design and business transformation roadmap that exceeded the
client expectations.
4. Custom Made Apps(B2C): Taslamy App
Customer: Khartoum Brest Care Centre
Description: Taslamy app raises awareness about breast cancer. Moreover, it turns awareness
into action by guiding and inspiring early detection activities.
