Attended Automation in AA2019
Create a form
Trigger loop enables you to add triggers that can run a task automatically when
certain predefined events occur.
Using interactive forms Interactive forms enable you to build forms for submitting and
regrouping data that is used to send and receive information from various applications within
your attended automation process.
Adding a trigger to run a bot Add triggers that can automatically run the
selected bot whenever a specific event occurs. For example, clicking a specific button or
using a combination of keystrokes.
Example for using hot key to trigger a bot In this example, a front desk executive of an
insurance company responds to a call from an existing customer who wants to understand the
policy details and its validity. The executive uses a hot key to trigger a bot that retrieves the
customer's information.
