Discussion: What physical challenges would you like to train for?


I think yoga is a good physical challenges. You can start from anywhere, and it's portable once you
know the poses. It's also great if you like to set goals-you can pick a pose you'd like to work on
or up to. Once you achieve your pose, you can make it even harder, if you'd like more of a
challenge.
