    CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, OSCAR ALMO of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Dacoville, Dumoy Davao City,
    Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, to act for and in my stead, to do, perform the things
    hereunder mentioned:

    1.To claim and receive any document or package on my behalf from Manila Central
    Post Office;
    2.To pay and process all the payments necessary;
    3.To process, sign and / or to execute such papers or documents as may be necessary
    to serve the purposes;
