How #hranalytics can go mainstream

* Analytics need to be democratized across organization – data accessible to all

* Capabilities must be available real time – powered by analytics capabilities            

* Capabilities across Multiple channels – Alexa, mobile & desktop

HR Analytics have a scope bigger than employees –

* Candidate – Candidate experience

* Alumni –Former employees could become gig workers, consultants

This allows us to track the entire life cycle from candidate to alumni.

Think beyond Descriptive analytics – go up to Predictive & Prescriptive analytics

Think of the problem and then find solution - Go beyond Available data

Gaining support of stakeholders–

* Make KPI connected to business, revenue, defect, costs volume etc

Business Partnering –

* Be clear on why HR analytics– What is the Trigger point, problem statement?

* Think what keeps business leaders awake at night, use that as a trigger point and solve the
problem using #HR analytics

 
Measurement –

* Use EEI framework- What is Efficiency, Effectiveness & Business Impact of your
initiative?
