PERSONAL PROFILE
I see myself as a highly confident individual and always aim to complete the task at hand to
the best of my ability. I come across as an approachable and friendly person due to my great
communication skills which enable me to get along with different types of people very
easily. When I am working in a team I speak to everyone and form bonds with colleagues as
I am a very open character.

I am very self-motivated and intend to always create a great image for myself and present
the company that I work for in a professional manner. I feel that having a strong mindset is
very important to be able to exceed my expectations and work my hardest at all times. I
keep this in mind all the time and work with it. For example unit 28 which was Business
Project Management. For this unit, we worked in teams and I was the project manager and I
assigned tasks to my classmates who I was working with, determined to get a distinction in
the unit and keeping my classmates I was working with motivated. It opened my eyes to
what I want to do in the future which is Business Management at degree level and then
later on to do an MBA which is a masters so I can specialise in this field of work.

WORK EXPERIENCE
August 2020 to September 2020 - Crem De La Crem Cafe
At Creme De La Creme I acquired a variety of skills, including how to make waffles and ice
cream from scratch as well as the designs. I improved my organising skills as well as learnt to
multi-task, when operating the Just Eat machine and the UberEats machine as some orders
were made upstairs such as mocktails, so I had to send the recipes to the kitchen staff and
the staff upstairs, highlighting the relevant information for each team.

July 28th to September Divya Enterprise- Warehouse Operative

While I was working for Divya Enterprise I worked on my team working skills and got to
know others in the warehouse. I had to make sure that the tasks assigned were completed
on time, for example; containers would come in the morning and we would need to unload
them as quickly as possible and then needed to sign sheets to show that the driver had
delivered the container to the correct location.

March 2020 to June 2020 - Digital Assistant, Creative Thinking Media

During my work placement at Creative Thinking Media, I was networking with clients and
ensuring that they came back to the company. Being well organised, I made a RCM and kept
it up to date in order to ensure that I had all the information that I needed to keep a track of
our clients. I was promoting our services to business owners and I closed 3 clients.

13th July 2019 to 4th August - National Citizenship Scheme

On the NCS program, I was a project manager and team leader for my group. I hosted
events and showcased our talent in front of a large audience. I allocated everyone their
roles, and made sure that the tasks were completed on time. We had a day to set the
project. During NCS, I was able to improve my presentation skills and became a confident
public speaker. As part of the program, I was trying to raise awareness for the homeless, I
enjoyed team activities and working together as a group. I developed negotiation skills too,
as we had a budget to stick to.

27th July 2019 to 3rd August 2019 -Project Manager , Briccs

I was the project manager for a charity event for the respite centre known as Briccs, and I
had to attract sponsors to collect enough money to make a garden for homeless people,
who had just gone into hospital. I made and raised a bed so that fruits and vegetables could
grow for them all year round and we also planted plants. We also played bingo with them
and brought them food, keeping them company and listening to their stories. I also have
experience in resolving conflicts and disagreements while ensuring that the task at hand is
completed. I have also been a part of a fundraising event where we organised a tea party to
help raise awareness and funds for the Samaritans charity, we raised a total of £155.31 in
only an hour.

ACHIEVEMENTS
I am very proud to have been elected as a Student Representative at college this year. This
gave me the opportunity to be the voice of my fellow students and take forward any
concerns to the college council. I hope that I will continue to do this in my final year and I
always try to help people.

INTERESTS AND HOBBIES

I play cricket for a cricket club in Leeds called Pudsey Congs Cricket Club and I also play in
the Dales Council Cricket League. I like to socialise with my friends and family in my free
time. I love planning days out for my friends and enjoy putting smiles on others' faces.
