    1. SCOPE OF SUPPLY

    - Legalisation and origin country documentation - Site as-built drawing


    - Progress reporting - Functional diagram
    - Intermediate inspection - CT/VT calculation
    - Site tests, supervision of installation, testing and - Spares
    commissioning -Tools for erection and maintenance
    - Training (standard operation tools included)
    - Parameter setting for protection relays - Dummy and cable plugs

    - Protection Relay - Termination kit
    - Integrated FAT (IFAT) with Protection Relays - Free storage for panels after successful FAT
    - Installation and commissioning - Logic and interlocking settings for BCPU/PLC

    - Price advantage, because of optimized engeneering and standardized secondary wiring
    - No effort for long pending approval process for detailed design, because secondary
    drawings are available already
    - Secondary drawings of used standard typicals can be sent to customer before ordering
    process
    - Reduced delivery time. Delivery time for this switchgear will be 15-17 weeks (EXW)

    2. COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS & PAYMENT

    Payment shall be affected as follows:


    § 20 % of the contract value to be paid as down payment
    § 10 % of the contract value to be paid after technical specifications approved
    § 70 % of the contract value payable against presentation of shipping documents or warehouse
    receipt within 45 days.

    3. OFFER VALIDITY
    This quotation shall be valid until Dec 20, 2020. After that date it is subject to our written
    confirmation.
