N.B. A TRANSFER FORM must be completed by all students applying from other schools. The
form is to be signed and stamped by the principal or vice principal of the applicant’s previous
school and submitted along with the Sixth Form Application

HOME AND WILL NOT RETURN UNTIL THE GUIDELINES ARE MET.
N.B. At the end of the 6th Form Programme, a student may be eligible for an Associate Degree
issued by CXC. STUDENTS MUST DO INTEGRATED MATHEMATICS TO BE ELIGIBLE
FOR THE ASSOCIATE DEGREE. (See Associate Degree guidelines.)

At the CAPE level, students are allowed to pursue a maximum of four (4) subjects. These
include Communication Studies or Caribbean Studies which are COMPULSORY subjects.
Students are required to do both, one in each year of the programme.
1. Students must select a maximum of FOUR (4) subjects from either Band 1, 2 or 3. The
choices MUST include ONE of the compulsory subjects. DO NOT select across Bands.
A student must have the subjects at the CSEC Level in Grades 1 or 2 to be qualified to
pursue them at the CAPE Level.
